We already say how the better service companies (see Zappo&#039;s and Mint) flourishing. Companies that focus on their experience engineering will increase increase their market share and will be able to satisfy their &quot;experience&quot; consumer better than the ones still stuck in the product/service economy. I like what you have posted so far.
