Whether you are an agency (which most of our clients are), or another organisation, we deliver a mix of training and consultancy, creating frameworks, models and operational guidelines that are now being used around the world.

Our expertise lies in the use of Social Media to create measurable people-to-people engagement both online and offline, like:

  • Increasing an event’s attendance, registrations, sentiment and advocacy, through online social engagement – like we did with Touch 09.
  • Extending an offline campaign by taking it online to Social Networks, and thereby increasing the offline engagement (as well as online while we’re at it) – like we did with Max Control.
  • Enabling greater and innovative participation with an offline experience through Social Media – like we did with Like Minds.

Typically, the work that we do is innovative, and often the first, or an early case, of a new kind of off/online engagement. The areas that our work in this area touches normally can be labelled and first off, Social Media, second, marketing, then experience innovation, and then touching PR, communications, event management, branding, customer support, and business strategy.

Our Offerings

We have 2 distinct offerings. First, training for organisations/groups, which provides a low-entry, short-term cost for understanding in standard sessions like ‘Social Media strategy and how to develop it‘, ‘How to stop trying to reach everyone, and start reaching the right ones‘ and ‘The 6 Social Media presence types, and which audience goes with which‘.

Then there is bringing us onboard to work as a team with you in developing your Social Media strategy and integrating it. This means we consult on a strategy, draw up guidelines for engagement, and then manage your Social Media presence and provide measurements, with an option to train your staff to take over. Bespoke with a capital B.
