To us, one of the most important words in the world is exposure. An education without exposure to new situations and new thinking is full of theory, but little practical knowledge. The first step to any turnaround and development in a person’s life is the realisation that there is a big world, with a lot of different people and places in it.

We offer exposure to business, to life, to fun and to opportunity through our internship program. We provide places for those whose excitement for creating and thinking turns into action. We also provide internships for inner city youth who desperately need to be exposed to far better prospects and get some much needed self worth through a job they can be proud of.

• We help out interns discover their strengths and weaknesses. Once we know that, we hand them projects and areas suited to those abilities.
• We don’t put our interns on coffee-making duties. Mainly, because Starbucks is just around the corner.
• In fact, our interns are responsible for doing stuff that the world looks at and considers to be outstanding (like running 200-attendee events off of the back of Twitter.)
• Interns at A+G learn not just how to market, how to sell, and how to make a phone call – they learn transferable skills like thinking laterally, becoming a person of influence, how to build teams, and how to maximise their strengths.
