Synergy: making Social Media actually work

Most horror stories with Social Media come from campaigns and programmes that all lacked one distinct element: correct integration. A world class strategy is useless without integration.

When we heard more and more of these horror stories we realised that our system for integration was needed more than ever, so we have packaged it and released it to the public in two distinct versions.

Synergy 90 is a 90 day programme designed to integrate 2 out of the 5 Social Media uses into an organisation. This is not the drawing up of a strategy, but the integration of the technology and the procedures through training and hands-on consultancy.

We begin by drawing up a bespoke Social Media Blueprint for the organisation, and then systematically proceed with creating accounts, optimising your existing communications for Social Media, training executives and staff and implementing workflows, amongst a host of other things that are laid out in the Blueprint.

Synergy 180 is a deeper integration, typically for larger organisations, that requires a 6 month programme to implement the above in 3 of the 5 Social Media uses. An integration of this size occurs in organisations that have over 20 personnel who will be in operations across multiple departments.

Both Synergy 90 and 180 contain training for staff that provides inside accreditation, a programme that your staff can enroll in, and quality control tools for those who will manage Social Media engagement.
